A 2016 Bangladeshi romance drama based on novel of the same name written by Humayun Ahmed.  The film's adapted screenplay was written and directed by Meher Afroz Shaon and starring Riaz, Mahiya Mahi, Ferdous Ahmed, Azad Abul Kalam and Tania Ahmed. This is the debut fiction film by the director. The storyline revolves around two star-crossed lovers who are not destined to be together.

The film had its closing premiere at the 11th Geneva International Oriental Film Festival(FIFOG) at the Grutli Theatre on April 17, 2016. In May 2016, the film had its opening premiere at 17th Rainbow Film Festival at London on May 29, 2016.

Meher Afroz Shaon  is a Bangladeshi actress, director and playback singer. She was the wife of writer and director Humayun Ahmed. Shaon started her career through acting in drama serial titled Aaj Robibar in 1999. She then acted in Srabon Megher Din directed by Humayun Ahmed in the same year. Her remarkable acted film was Srabon Megher Din, Dui Duari, Chandrakatha, Shyamol Chhaya, Amar Ache Jol. in 2006 Shaon started direction in Television on Drama’s. Krishnopokkho is her debut fiction film.
